Lucky Day

I got a phone call this morning at the office. My husband called to tell me he had found $40.00 during his walk on the Mall. He changed his route to stay in the shade, which took him near the merry-go-round by the Smithsonian Castle. Anytime there is a big event on the Mall, like the recent 4th of July fireworks and concert, as well as the high tourist season now, chances of finding cash definitely increase. Along with the $40.00 he found a dime. Not bad for a retired guys' hard days work!
