We Thought It Was Over

Just as the pills were consumed for the last time from the 10 year Harvard study last month, the celebration started and ended quickly. My husband received an envelope in the mail today. It was another very long questionnaire about his current health status. Luckily, there were no requests for blood draws. We are both hoping that this study was worth the effort and some important finding is publicized world wide. They did threaten to send questionnaires time and again. It's still all done by snail mail. I suppose if it started out that way it can't change mid stream. But a lot has happened in ten years. Even when you move, they track you down. There is no escape!
Here we go again, and again, and again....
