Every month we pick up the latest edition of the Hill Rag. We pay close attention to the real estate section and hope the home prices will at least stay where they are. For sale signs come down quickly- many within a month- and oftentimes within the same week! It is a pretty transient neighborhood, but it's good to keep an eye on this business. Who knows how long we'll stay here? But in the mean time, the real reason we like the Hill Rag is because of the art on the cover. We always hang the magazine in our living space- and I'm hoping one day I might see something of mine on it. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
