Sold!

The house behind us has been on the market since about November. It was priced a little higher than two others that are located just down the street from us. Those two sold within the week after they were placed on the market. About three blocks away, a $ million+ home sold within the month. When I came home from work tonight, I noticed the SOLD sign hanging in front of the one that sits behind us. It may have taken a little longer, but the homes around here just don't seem to stay on the market very long. There are no condos for sale at this time in our building. The units here also sell rather quickly. Our house in Milwaukee sold on the first day it went up. But we priced it really well, and it was a while ago. We really did a lot for that house. And to think an acre, 2500 square feet, and a two car garage equal about 500 square feet and a lot of inconvenience here. That's really hard to believe when it gets right down to it. But there is something about the location. And did I mention that I walk to work?
