You really need to keep your camera/phone ready for whatever might come your way. Whenever we drive down Independence Avenue, the possibility of seeing a bride and groom is quite high. And such was the case at the Lincoln Memorial. It was a beautiful spring day with a crisp blue backdrop against the steps of the Memorial. I've captured similar action at the World War I Memorial and along the Tidal Basin. There is just something about capturing these happy occasions. And we could all use a dose of that right now.
