Molly Malone and Packers

We haven't been to Molly Malone's on eighth street on barracks row since we moved here nine years ago. I remember most going for brunch and meeting our family and grandson there when he was three years old! Our family has moved to Virginia and our grandson is now twelve. But we had out of town Wisconsin guests visiting this weekend and packer games are a real habit. So I knew they would more than likely prefer to see the game than do or go anywhere else. Since we can't see the game on our tv at home, we searched the area to see where the game would be played and Molly Malone's popped up. So we walked over and had lunch, not realizing brunch was available, and stayed for the first few minutes - since neither one of us has watched any football game from start to finish in years. Then we walked home in the glorious afternoon weather and bright sunlight. I hope their team wins. We really enjoyed the place and will have to go back for brunch one of these days. I'm glad we reconnected - it brought back a lot of memories!
