Zinus Resort Premier Folding Guest Bed

We live in a very tiny place on Capitol Hill. We have a one bedroom condo and a studio condo across from one another for a grand total of 1000 square feet. We have tried many configurations in the studio apartment for guest sleeping quarters starting with a king size sleeper sofa from Crate and Barrel. The material wore thin over six years, it was difficult to maneuver, and we gave it the boot after we had a custom full size wall bed/tv cabinet installed last year. Now we have a loveseat that took its' place. But it's not really long enough to lounge on. We also have a 75x70 inch "closet" that was formerly used as a junk storage space. We are now turning it in to a monk's room since we have another closet and it seemed like the square footage should be used for something more useful! After searching on line everywhere for a twin bed option I found the Zinus resort premier folding guest bed. That way we could move it to either unit if we had to, but would be set up "permanently" in the new tiny bedroom. The bed arrived last week and fit in to the space perfectly. We even had a guest this weekend who found the tiny bedroom more comfortable than a pull down wall bed. Rollaway cots have come a long way over the years. It's a great option and offers a great deal of flexibility. That's something that is essential when living tiny.
