Shark Wandvac Handheld Vacuum

Since we live in a condo and need to park the car in the underground garage, there is really no place to plug in a vacuum and clean out the debris. We don’t go to the car wash that frequently either. Aside from that we typically use a dustpan and brush to pick up specs of things here and there around the house. So we decided maybe it was time to get a cordless hand held vacuum cleaner. It didn’t need to be huge, but something just enough to do these small jobs. We usually like Dyson products but theirs was much too big and expensive for what we needed. So I looked around on Amazon and started to compare gadgets after reading about the top few handheld vacuums. We ended up getting the shark wandvac. It really is a lot smaller then I thought it would be, but the suction is terrific. It comes with a couple of gadgets - one for the couch and upholstery and another for crevices. It sits in a cradle along with the attachments and can be hidden away behind the furniture next to the eufy vacuum cleaner next to the couch in the den. So we tried the handheld on the car. It almost stopped after just a few minutes. Then I realized that the filter was completely clogged with junk. So we took everything out and cleaned it up to finish what we started. But the filter was so filthy I had to wash it and let it dry overnight. The dustbin is also quite small. Since we won’t be using it very much the handheld will be fine. We ended up ordering additional filters because they will inevitably need to be changed. There are just too many filter requirements in this house! I suppose we now have another tool we can use for the occasional spill or crevice mess. I’m just glad it is out of sight.
