BergKoch Splatter Screen

One of our neighbors gifted us a “splatter screen” for cooking many years ago. It’s so old we had to throw it away because it finally rusted out and fell apart. It was a very useful kitchen aid. My husband does a lot of cooking on the stove top. And using olive oil and high heat creates a mess sometimes. It was even more noticeable because we no longer had our grease splatter screen. So I checked on Amazon to see what was out there and came across this BergKoch item that looked nice and came in all sizes. We opted for the thirteen inch version. So we ordered one up and it arrived a couple of days ago. We still haven’t had the opportunity to try it out yet. But I can say that it is nicely made and has a stainless steel foot that allows for you to rest it on the counter without leaving a mess. I’m sure this one will work nicely. And the opportunity to try it out is just around the corner.
