POWER PLANT

We used to live near a huge manufacturing plant of heavy equipment located near Lake Michigan. The city was very industrial, and it looked like it. By the time we left, they had re-sided the plant, and put up some reasonably decent fences to hide the eye-sore. You would think that a sight like that would be next to impossible to find on Capitol Hill. Well, you are wrong!
