Would you like to have a grilled cheese sandwich? Or perhaps macaroni and cheese. Or maybe a lobster sandwich. And of course, there are always the cupcakes. Any time we walk around the neighborhood, one or more of these vendors on wheels are popping up. I know of several people who track their favorite truck path on twitter, so they know not only the location, but the "hours of operation," whether there is a long line or not, and what's on the menu. We haven't tried one ourselves, but hear about how fast and easy this is in a fast and not so easy place.
