Subaru Maintenance, Waiting Room, and Latte

It is like going to the doctor's office. You need to make an appointment, start the journey an hour ahead of time because of traffic, and then sit and wait for a long time. Even though Subaru has express care for oil and filter changes, etc, we made an appointment last week for a 25,000 check for 10:30 today. We have never used the express approach, but I am not sure it doesn't makes a difference. I do avoid appointments on Monday, and certain times of the year. So what does all this have to do with latte? In the waiting area, there is a very large digital automated coffee machine. It has more options than you can imagine, and is very confusing to people who are not familiar with how to use it. You can tell because they wait for someone who works there to come in and show them how. This is also the only time I drink latte instead of regular coffee. I don't particularly care for either - plain or fancy coffee. Just a small cup in the morning is all I drink. It's certainly not worth the effort of getting and sitting at the Subaru shop all morning, but it's a change. That and the car wash make it a bit more palatable.
