Pyrex Glass Bowls

Any gift one receives is always appreciated. But it’s appreciated even more when it is actually useful! And that was the case for the Christmas gift we got from our family in central Virginia. They have a gourmet kitchen and do a lot of cooking. In fact every time we visit they spend a lot of time trying out different entrees to see if they should make then when we are there for a visit. They have so many pots and pans and containers and spices and everything you could possibly need to cook, bake, or barbecue anything. So we were gifted with a four clear glass bowl Pyrex container set for the simple reason that they like them and knew we would too. They have long since abandoned plastic containers because they never stay clean. And with the glass, they can be used anywhere and always look nice. They are also stackable and come with covers that seal well. So the other day when we made our cabbage soup we had enough leftovers to used the third largest bowl. And it worked out nicely. So thank you for the very useful gift! It enhances our kitchen collection.
