Too Much in One Day!

I didn’t even have enough time or inclination to take any photos - except for the one of the fox in the neighborhood park which turned out pretty bad. That in itself is unusual - not wanting to take photos! We are both so used to pretty uneventful days that anything more than one activity is too much. But yesterday was simply too much. It started out with our morning walk, which was cut a bit shorter because we had to go to the grocery store - on a Monday instead of Tuesday - because of the impending storm on Tuesday. I had to buy some distilled water for the photo challenge this week. Then we came home and made breakfast. I spent the early afternoon trying to take photos for the weekly photo challenge and didn’t get very far attempting to showcase objects encased in ice - using the distilled water. So that was very frustrating. Then we decided we hadn’t had Moby Dick Persian food for a while. And since we didn’t feel like cooking we ordered it for pick up at 5:45. Then we had to drive off to the outpatient clinic because my husband needed some attention - after having had an appointment last week and now another one yesterday. It’s not so much the appointment but the anxiety that surrounds them. Luckily it turned out okay, but will require changes in routine. A package we have been waiting for for two weeks finally arrived after many delays so we picked that up. The contents required some instruction so that was more time consuming. It was too late to do my afternoon exercise but so I skipped it. Then it was time to pick up the food. At least we enjoyed eating it and there is enough to last for two more meals. I then attempted to make another batch for the photograph of something frozen and hopefully it will be workable. None of this sounds like much and things could always be so much worse. We are just not used to it.
