Heat and Heels

It is supposed to go in to the 100's this week. It never ceases to amaze me that there are people around here who think that wearing 5-6 inch heels on cement and brick is a good idea. To that precarious situation add a black outfit that absorbs heat and two very heavy bags that must weigh a considerable amount. We could only watch in amazement as this individual made her way down the street in front of us this morning. She didn't fall within our view, and she probably never did. Now, let's wait for the rain tomorrow, and I bet she isn't even carrying an umbrella in either of those bags. I always wear comfy shows walking to work and keep a selection of shoes with short heels in the office. There are just too many obstacles around here, but some folks don't seem to care or think twice about it. Beats me.
At least 4 inch heels

At least the weight of the bags is evenly distributed?
