Hill Rag Wall Art

The neighborhood July Hill Rag came out and as usual, it has become wall art in the house. Every month, there is a unique cover, and I am hoping that one day that one of my sketches lands on it. Wishful thinking! But one never knows. I don't recall a neighborhood newspaper in Milwaukee.... but I can't say I paid any attention. These days, I read everything on my IPad. But for this paper, I make an exception.
