The Tune Inn for Breakfast

We haven't  been to the Tune Inn since before the fire, and that was for hamburgers. Since the fire, a friend of ours has said it was repaired and renovated - but looks the same except for the grease and dirt. So, now that I am still off due to the government shutdown, we thought it might be a good time to try it again for breakfast before the follow up eye doctor visit this afternoon. It's always very crowded when we walk by, and it was relatively busy a little before noon. By the time we left the bar was full. One of the waiters/ bar tenders recognized us from the Hawk n Dove, where he used to work before it closed and was renovated. We both really liked the place today, and know it would make our friend happy to have gone there. It was the perfect breakfast! It was also a beautiful sunny day, we are both feeling better after being cooped up for two weeks with cold/flu, and we got in a short walk. Who could ask for anything more?
